Mrs. Chopp

How can Mrs. Chopp help you?
Mrs. Chopp wants to help you in any and every way possible!  Whether you have a question about a class assignment, life concern, book recommendation, tech problem, etc. she will do anything she can to help you out.  Her teaching background is in Social Studies and ELA, so feel free to ask for assistance, and hopefully she will lead you in the right direction.

About Mrs. Chopp:
When Mrs. Chopp's not at school she is cooking and spending time with her friends and family, especially her children Stella (3) Leo (under 1).  She also enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, puzzles, and board games.

Mrs. Haney can help you find a book appropriate to your needs and wants. If you need copies, she can help.  Got questions? Just ask and she will try to help anyway she can.
About Mrs. Haney:
Mrs. Haney loves all animals, both domestic and wild. She supports Operation Wildlife.  She rescues injured wildlife and enjoys catching and releasing spiders. She is married to Gary Haney and is blessed with a daughter, Sara-Ann and son-in-law, Mo.  Mrs. Haney was a classroom para before coming to the library.

How can Mrs. Lasswell help you?
Mrs. Lasswell loves to help you with anything and everything! She works hard to stay up to date on the latest research, happenings of the school, books and technology. Need help connecting your phone? Finding a new book? Completing your assignment? She’s your girl for this and more. She’s pretty nerdy and loves to talk about technology, science, games-you name it!

About Mrs. Lasswell:
Mrs. Lasswell received her B.S. from the University of Kansas and her Masters in Library Science from Appalachian State University. In her free time she enjoys traveling, walking the dogs, and discovering new things. Her hobbies include playing music, yoga, and running. She is the REbeL sponsor.

How can Mrs. Hill help you? 

Mrs. Hill looks forward to helping students in the library this year. She enjoys finding out about new books and exploring new subjects, and wants to help you use the library’s resources and materials.  Mrs. Hill likes the challenge of finding information for research projects and current events.


About Mrs. Hill:

Mrs. Hill enjoys spending time with her husband and their two middle school-aged daughters, and has a cantankerous pet turtle at home.  She loves reading historical fiction and a wide range of periodicals, doing large jigsaw puzzles, and trying new recipes.  Prior to coming to the library, Mrs. Hill was a classroom para at BVSW.
